The series has been fantastic thus far and I have 8 pages of notes to prove it. If you guys wouldn't mind would you be able to talk about private placements? - What does a private placement contract look like - what are some benefits and drawbacks -what does the fine print of the contract look like and what to look for - what to expect in private placements as far as what deal you expect to get - what are usually the minimum and maximum that you are allowed to invest? I'm sure this depends on market cap and the amount of raise by the company required. - Possibly go through a private placement contract and show the sections of the contract? All these questions could possibly be the wrong questions. Much appreciated

Thank you Albert and Rick! The knowledge, experience and information provided by Rick is amazing. I've signed up for, and look forward to the Silver Investors Bootcamp. It's not been fun, but I've held patient with last year's downturn and remain hopeful for better market conditions, however long that takes. Thank you, Rick and Albert for yet another great class. It's an honour to be able to listen, take notes and learn from a great investors mind like Rick Rule. Rick has taught me, among many things, to stay cool during the 50% market swings seen in some stocks, knowing that most questions about the thesis are answered. Rule is a legend and his wealth of knowledge is deeply undervalued by the society as a whole.
