One or 2 more seasons of Jeff and Audrey taking care of the kid would be cool. Also there could have been a good story with Timmy finding his way back to work with Russell. What a great show tho! One of my all time favorites

Because they kept changing the day and time it was on. Never had a set spot. That killed the show. Too bad because it is one of the best.

the reason why they have so many problems is because cbs doesn't promote this show enough. if they put as much effort to get the word out about this show like they do tbbt and two and a half men, then it would be very popular. i personally think this show is way better than how i met your mother.

da heck?!? I have been watching HIMYM for a few years now, I know almost every episode and i just started watching RoE a few weeks ago bcos of David Spade. I really really like it so far, but how can you say that it is so much better than HIMYM? That show is frickin brilliant! The way of presenting the complicated story of how tehy met, how the friendship between the 'gang' changed and how every single episode is edited differently (including many guest stars, different perspectives, what-if-scenarios, musical numbers and plot twists) ..... i am and always will be fascinated by that show.

I know I’m 11 years too late to this party, but I discovered the show on TikTok maybe last year completely by random and I’ve been really trying to find a way to watch it and then I got Paramount+ here in Canada and I couldn’t believe the show was on there! I’ve binged the crap out of the show and I loved it. It was so funny so clever I mean I wish I could’ve maybe gone one more season and got a little bit better finale but even then, so the series finale was really done really sweet and nice. Great show criminally underrated.

I love Adhir's reaction to David saying, "And Liz comes back, which I hope I have sex with..." Aside from Adhir's recoil at him saying that, he brings it to David's (and everyone else's) attention, "By the way, we heard that, that wasn't just like a thought."

Never saw a single first-run episode, though I'd heard .any of them as 'audio wallpaper' because they followed some other program. Once they were syndicated, I was able to watch four-episode blocks nightly. I've now seen every one multiple times, and can pretty much always recite the next line in dialogues. Adhir's Timmy was a fun addition that opened a new dynamic and many storyline opportunities.

i loved them so much and Adhirs introduction was THE BEST that EVER Happened to RoE. But am i the Only Thing that this whole transplanted Chip brought Timmy to quit was so.. dumb? I mean come on.. there were way more worse things Russel have let timmy gone through and the chip is the worst for Timmy? Nah.. dont buy it. But the Marriage Thing was THE SHIT.. i would have loved to see their hate/love Marriage during season 8 xD

Reboot: Season 8: (5 years later) Audrey and Jeff: Still married. Moved out of city. Jeff is coach of SON’s t-ball team. Two daughters + Audrey= Jeff getting Audrey pregnant after a “you wrong and I was right…happy dance”. Adam and Jenn : Finally married, in VEGAS. Bought a house next to Jeff and Audrey (w/ Audrey’s “people person” ass) and Jenn is pregnant, after Adam takes advantage of a vacation timeshare, that Jeff never gets him out of. Timmy: Starts is own real estate company and hires Russell, after he is forced out of his dad’s company after to many lawsuits. Once he gets citizenship, they divorce. Russell: After a lengthy divorce (lol), starts dating Liz. They re-marry, on another cruise with their friends and no cats. And cotton is still making a lie out of Liz. And Liz has big news for Russell. Liz: Liz gets pregnant by the motion of the ocean. Aka Russell. Russell and Liz: Buy a home in the same neighborhood as Jeff/Audrey and Adam/Jenn. All while Timmy runs into the “4 eye javlin from accounting”, she moves back from Chicago and they rekindle their relationship. Timmy has hard time telling his parents they’re married and expecting. Russell helps by reenacting sexual positions with a set of salt and pepper shakers at the same Indian restaurant Adam tried the #12. And Adam is pleading with Jenn to give the #12 another shot. Jeff sees his college buddy Roy, who is “Gimmer” and Audrey starts feeling “sickness”, she pregnant. Haha.

It pains me that this show was aired during times when other great shows were around and because of that it was pushed around and canceled. I'm not sure what happened exactly, but this show is super funny, especially compared to anything post 2015. In 2024 i'm looking forward to reruns on commedy central. In fact the only thing good on commedy central are old school comedies like Rules of Engagement, Becker, King of Queens, etc, the rest, newer ones, are complete garbage.
