Round 1 mei college mila aap ne join kiya aur upgradation liya round 2 mei upgradation hua aur college mila toh aap nahi chod sakte ha round 2 mei upgradation nahi hua toh aap second upgradation le sakte hai round 3 mei naya college mila toh aap ko join karna hoga nahi mila toh round 1 vala college aap ke pass rahega ha choice filling mei aap acche college ko rakhiye no risk per upgrade hua toh theek nahi toh round 1 vala college toh rahega

Recently I got my Central obc ncl certificate from bihar & i live in Bengal. My uncle who lives in Bihar made it online and it's digitally signed.I have few questions 1 My photo isn't present in my certificate. So is it okay?Is photo of the candidate usually absent in Bihar's central caste certificate? 2 It's made in Revenue office. And for neet the certificate should be signed by revenue officer not below the rank of tehsildar.The problem is there's no concept of tehsildar in Bihar. And in my certificate there's no mention of tehsildar. Only revenue officer is written.But the office name is written circle office. So is it okay? Is the circle office same as tehsildar in Bihar? 3 It's digitally signed and i only have picture of certificate which my uncle sent from bihar. So how can I get hard copy? For my admission hard copy is required. So do i need to get print out of picture of certificate and will it act as original certificate? 4 The certificate is written in Hindi and for admission i need it in English so the officials can read it easily and admission can go smoothly. So how can I get it converted? 5 In the heading of the certificate it's written "for appointment to the services of the government of India".And in format provided by NTA(neet conducting body).It's written "certificate to be produced by obc ncl candidates for admission to central education institution under government of India. Although the content of my certificate matches with the content asked by NTA. But the heading of the certificate is different.So do I need to change something?

Ab man lijiye mujhe round 2 AIQ me koi seat nhi mili yani upgradation nhi hua to meri Round 1 ki seat to bani hi rhegi but agar ab mujhe 3rd Round me upgrade krna hai to fir kaise hoga sir? please reply Sir kyuki bahut se log apne channel pe kuchh b bata rhe hai.

@@Deansuspicious yes I got it, as I had participated in NEET UG Counselling 2023... It's very simple... B4 round 3, again u have to apply for upgradation, same as u do b4 round 2.and if u don't get a seat in round 3 then still round 1 seat will be retained.

First round college alloted but wnat to go for second round, did upgration. But in second round also i did not get the nice college, so can i claim for the first alloted college. And point to be noted that do i have to enter the first alloted college name, if mentioned the name then only iam eligible or if not mentioned the first round college, then what will i loose the claim of first college.
