@coldkill207
@coldkill207 Ай бұрын
We already have that, if there's enough evidence police can get warrants to circumvent rights to a degree. Undercover has to work within the law or the evidence collected can become fruit of the poisonous tree. The big issue with what police are doing is they figured out they don't actually get in trouble when they break the law so they started ignoring law. If the police want to screw your life over temporarily or even permanently just because they want to, they can do whatever they feel like and just say for officer saftey and the courts then go oh okay carry on. When that doesn't work the courts punish the taxpayers by paying out settlements instead of punishing the bad behavior of the police. And that only happens if it gets to the court to begin with since police investigate police and DAs are gun shy to go after police.

It's hard for so many to believe that anything similar can happen in the US, even while the same thirst for domination and power exists here with most of our government's "leaders" as with those in the former Soviet Union. Everything put in place to encourage and enable the people of The US effectively to prevent such tyranny is methodically being watered down to the potency of a post-op tranny at best. When interpretation of our constitution is left to those unwilling to respect man and unable to define woman, who unapologetically stumble over such clearly-worded phrases as "shall not be infringed," yet still we don't fight back with all the "axes, hammers, pokers" at our disposal, then we deserve what what they got far more than they.

What does it cost for 6' high chain link fence with gates around a 30 acre parcel? That's close to 7000 feet of fence, far above most private land owner's budgets. That kind of fence also disrupts wildlife, in ways where a legal standard based on that kind of arrogant costs imposition and tampering with nature violates religious and cultural rights, if honestly upheld. That may be why a mix of limited signs plus in between tree paint swatches are recognized in some states, but so inconsistently most of us wouldn't recognize such provisions in law if not local and familiar.

The power of rhododendrons planted for a "green" roof will defeat the technology of looking inside structures. Lead powder can be added to paint. Inner walls can be painted and placed inside between outer and inside walls. Kids cannot "lick" off the paint as ignorant government lawmakers complain as the reason lead is removed from paint. Lol. Wisdom wins against the foolishness and blindness of government lawmakers. There is lawlessness coming as people rise up and revolt. People are rapidly losing respect of obedience to laws because they are so numerous and ridiculous and the real criminals are continued to be released out of jail or not arrested. Government thinks that laws protect their actions on private property. Lol. Some lessons will be taught them that stupid laws will never be obeyed and they will die trying to enforce them. The wise will strategize how to defeat many because then the smallest unit will always lose against them and the largest unit will also be defeated. The enemy is counting on people remaining stupid and compliant until they lose their heads and government seizes everything for themselves. There is a power that will defeat all the weapons and technology that has been invented. The enemy hopes people won't find this hidden power. Everyone has this power but few find it to know how to access it and exercise it to use it against the enemy. The power to move mountains. Enoch moved mountains. Judah moved stones that broke down all walls surrounding towns and all walls of every house in 12 cities to destroy them all in one night. When people wake up and realize the power is within them and to stop fearing government and to realize that only law breakers will receive eternal life because only those who cannot buy and sell because they refuse to obey the laws of the land and will not take the mark of the beast, then government will begin to know fear of death by trying to enforce their evil laws they think to pass. Be wise. Think how to defeat all that they plan. Their weakness is that they rely on technology. It will fail. They will then rely on numbers. They have no knowledge of the power to move mountains. As long as believers are kept blinded by controlled educated theologians controlling what people believe because they are educated to know and understand better what others can read for themselves but place their trust in others to control what they think, then government can keep doing all the evil to it's citizens it plans to do. The asleep people will willingly go to centers without exit except to choose beheading or take the injection. Faith is not belief. Faith is the power used to create everything seen and unseen. Enoch found it. Elijah found it. Noah learned it and taught it. Abraham learned it from Noah's son, as recorded in removed book of Jasher. The truth is kept secret and hidden. Faith comes by hearing the preserved sound frequency contained in the word. Romans 10:17. The time when the language was one language, the whole world was using this power to move rocks to build a tower. The people had become like Yahuah in using the power of faith that enabled them to do all that they thought. The only thing that stopped this power was confusion of sound frequency! Faith comes by hearing the word that is preserved in one language preserving the sound frequency through singing the word. It cannot be translated as the Bible has been translated into all languages. The sounds in singing that have been preserved and passed down throughout time in one language only comes by hearing. Faith comes by hearing. And everyone has a heart, the missing 7 sided geometry form that the law written on stone is also written on the heart and mind. The power contained in the heart that few find. Faith is not belief as is taught by all educated theologians who do not know the truth nor what faith is. Revelation 14:12. John 14:12. There will be a lot of people waking up and learning how to access the power and will use it to defeat the enemy. All who remain alive through to the end will live by using the power of faith to do all that the Messiah did and more! Wake up people. Start moving mountains. Find the power of faith and exercise it. Government will never be able to defeat those people who find faith.

The ongoing insults against my privacy and property rights abound. 1. Adverse possession. Not perpetrated directly by the government, but by neighbors instead. However it is promoted and supported by the "justice system" and government. 2. HOAs. Try buying a new build home without one (or a decent existing home in a decent neighborhood). Also promoted, supported and even required by the (local) government. 3. County tax commissioner quarterly "aerial reconnaissance uploads." Just in case we missed any improvements you made to your yard. And now everyone can look into your property from a 360 degree angle and watch it evolve over time from their home computer. Paid for by your and my taxes. 4.Civil asset forfeiture. Okay, it doesn't happen often but with my luck, it will happen the day I close my savings account (assuming the "bankers" and feds allow me to take my money in the first place). 5. War on cash. 6. War on personal bank accounts. As above, try withdrawing money for a home improvement project. Suddenly every teller becomes a government agent. "Und vas exactly vill you be doing viz dis money?" 7. Easement abuse. You have a drainage easement on your property that states exactly what you can and can't do with it in a specified location. And the county folks will tell you that the limits expand to whatever and wherever they say. Just try to violate their verbal guidance. 8. Planning and zoning abuse. So you thought your were buying a nice, beautiful home overlooking woods, streams, hills and farms. Think again. 9. Big Tech Monopoly. Enough said on that. I do want my comment to be read by someone. 10. Public health. LOL. Bend over here it comes again. 11. Eminent domain. Taking your land to fulfill significant big money (correction), "PUBLIC" needs.

The government does like to pick and choose how broadly a right can be exercised . " Shall not be infringe" seems pretty easy to understand, but they have infringed on the 2nd Amendment for 100 years .

Lincoln suspended our constitutional republic and it was never reinstated. We now have a corporation that is acting and pretending to be government, under the color of law. Every state also incorporated and became sub corporations of the federal. If you are a citizen you are a 14th amendment corporate slave, you are not party to the constitution.

So when does this go to the supreme Court because the Fourth amendment would completely disagree with this ruling. And it's pretty plainly written.

Hey, genius. Title 28 USC 3002 Section 15A states that the United States is a Federal Corporation and not a government, including the Judiciary Procedural Section. The de jure states in the form of Republics were subsumed, or set aside by the Bankruptcy Act of 1933. Why don't you learn some real history? There is no Supreme Court.

While I agree with you, I think the problem is the 4th amendment uses the word HOME instead of property. The courts and government like to play semantics so they are saying only your home is protected, not your property outside the home. But if you can have someone trespassed, then that defies their logic. Also go lurk and try to set up cameras on GOVERNMENT property and see how THEY perceive the law. If the court actually believes that your HOME is only protected, then I guess your business is not protected and that is open fields as well. They just make it up as the go. If open fields is really a thing, then why do police who knock and talk have to leave when you tell them to. No reasonable person actually believes that the government lurking on your property in cammo, hiding in the woods is reasonable . Try that on G.W. Bushes ranch once and see how it goes.

A lot of these problems go away if in each county there was a separately elected special prosecutor that is charged by law to prosecute police, the regular district attorney and judges. There would need to be a separate judge that only oversees these cases.

years ago, There was a guy with money, whom bought a few acres in NJ, and decided to put in a commune (he had a commune fantasy). He put a building, with individual apartments, but without bathrooms, and kitchens. They used the public kitchen/bathrooms. The neighbors were losing their minds that the high fence was around the property, and they accused them of being a cult. Their dogs were able to run free in a fenced in area. They could play tennis, but never did. They could play basket ball, but never did. They went to work, paid their "rent", and not much else. The guy in charge, became disillusioned, as the tenants, were not clean, and left their dishes without cleaning too long, nor were they farming for food, etc. So, he was shutting it down for 20 years. While the neighborhood was growing. But the neighbors fear of the fence, got weirder, and weirder. The tenants were upset, because they thought they should have some ownership of the commune. lol. After twenty years, he narrowed it down to one last tenant, and eventually died. Everyone was so worked up, about what illegal activity was going on behind the fence. (lol). The shocker, is how much law enforcement was involved, where no crime was committed. (lol).

The crux of the issue in the SCOTUS decision was taxation. The Feds wanted to search for whiskey stills that were not paying tax. It's all about how the government has the right to tax everything and we are actually serfs in fealty.

Since these cameras have motion detectors, one thing you can do is to put motion devices that move every few seconds make them keep taking pictures filling their memory and also to warn others where the cameras are. If they destroy your devices then get them on destruction with private property.

SCROTUS gives opinions, not laws. And SCROTUS has no authority to override or amend the Constitution. This is the problem with lawyers. You are not trained to obey the Constitution, you are trained to obey other, older lawyers, who get to wear magical black robes and place themselves (and their opinions) above the Constitution, in violation of Article VI of the Constitution.
