It was originally performed by the Andrew Sisters who went on to become one of the most popular and successful all girl bands of that era. How does this NOT have 10 million views? This is outstanding, a wonderful tribute to The Andrews Sisters. However, the description is incorrect. The Andrews Sisters were popular in the 1940s, during WWII, and this song was a hit single in 1945. These ladies did a superb job on this cover. Bravo!!!

Excelente! Muy interesante la controversia sobre el tiempo de la canción, unos dicen que data de los 40s, otros que de los 60s. Hay canciones que suenan siempre, las componen y ya: se hacen eternas. Estamos en un nuevo siglo y la siguen escuchando, cantando y bailando. Me parece que esta canción "Rum and Coca Cola" es una auténtica interpretación in English de "Son de la Loma" del legendario "Trío Matamoros" de Cuba.
