I don’t wanna laugh but a little unorganized. I did though. Great filming as usual thanks for the laugh

Thanks and why do you think it was a little unorganized? I'm sure I have an explanation ;)

RTobi (Rummeltobi) I don’t wanna be mean. Looks like everyone had a great time! Who needs rules for a parade!
@Rummeltobi5 жыл бұрын
Don't worry :) Everyone had an absolutely great time! There are some rules for the parade though. I thought you may have been wondering why some vehicles were returning the other way. If you've been wondering: that's because their final destination was a few hundred ft in front of the camera. The parade's route was planned so that it also reaches some other southern villages. I still have a 3rd video of the parade returning from the few southern villages to their final destination. That video became great too because the parade even needed to stop for a train. Some crews jumped out and celebrated right on the streets for a few minutes :D

That’s neat! This is the first time I’ve seen an EMS parade. It’s nice that people were allowed to have fun and hangout of the vehicles. We used to be able to but now there’s rules against that!
@Rummeltobi5 жыл бұрын
It definitely is! It's a blast and it was awesome being there :) Everyone just loves that competition/ event. There are some rules but I don't know them and I like the parade as it is :) It's not that dangerous to be honest
@SpeedbirdFF5 жыл бұрын
RTobi (Rummeltobi) You’re correct it’s not dangerous. It’s just that some people like to regulate everyone!
@Rummeltobi5 жыл бұрын
Exactly. You're lucky to have more freedoms than the Europeans which get more and more over-regulated everyday.. Even though some European countries don't really enforce some laws as much as other European countries do. Especially the countries east of Germany. For example European R65 regulations - basically an over-regulation of emergency vehicle lights. Germany takes it very seriously (even though I've seen plenty of stuff which is not legal according to the R65). Most other western/ central European countries take it somewhat serious too but I do see a mixture of legal and "illegal" lights. The UK doesn't give any damn about it (they always mounted lights which are not R65 "rated"). And the further east you get the less they care about it too. Especially in "poorer" countries, like Bulgaria or Romania, the price is usually the most important thing.

Very cool the old Dutch Ambulance on 06:25 with the original dutch Three-Tone siren!
@Rummeltobi5 жыл бұрын
I know right :D I loved to hear the old 3-tone siren. Definitely a great and unique thing for the Dutch EMS. Too bad it's no longer used. I hope that there will be another older Dutch unit at RR2019 :)

Awesome! My favorite ones were from Prague (CZ) and Ljubljana (SLO). Where are Japanese?
@Rummeltobi5 жыл бұрын
It's always great to see Prague's EMS - they have a nice fleet. Seeing the units from Slovenia was interesting too! The Slovenians were some great folks and I hope to be able to show more of all the units this year :) (exterior + interior) The Japanese members were in the ambulances at 5:25 (you can see the flag when looking into the side of the unit) and at 9:20 (flag is on the front of the unit). As stated in the description not all teams came with their own units (absolutely understandable) since it's just too far and too expensive. I have to admit that it would be more than just epic to see a Japanese or Canadian ambulance here. I know that Ukraine received 10 (or more) awesome Canadian ambulances but that's a permanent gift and not "just" a competition.

@@Rummeltobi Slovenians even have better vehicles than those they came with. I was really surprised they choose those vehicles instead of some newest or better equipped but probably those three ambos are not for calls or they needed better ambos for calls. Do you have a link to news about those Canadian ambulances in Ukraine?

@@Rummeltobi Nevermind, I just found it.

I can imagine that they have some newer, better or more interesting rigs. Most agencies use normal, reserve or old vehicles for the Rallye Rejviz which is completely understandable. I'd also have the regular rigs do their regular service and just sent a vehicle which is not really missed. I do but good that you found it :) Those really made me want to visit the Ukraine for buffing :D

@@Rummeltobi I contacted few spotters from Ukraine, they say that they don't drive them yet and probably will rarely because they eat a lot of fuel.
