Flow checks are great if you are a regular flyer or owner. But for conversion where folks need to learn a routine obviously a good checklist is essential.

Check out a book called "The Checklist Manifesto" I can't remember the name of the author. But he is a doc who takes the aviation checklist culture and applies it first to medicine and surgery, then to any application.

Late to the comments, but is there anyway you could make a video on being ahead of rudder inputs while in takeoff and landing phases to maintain center line? I’m having trouble keeping centerline, especially during flare and higher speeds of takeoff

Easiest way is to feed in your right foot with the throttle. As the aircraft accelerates you will learn how to vary the pressure to keep her straight.
