Golston at QB is DEFINITELY a problem. It doesn't matter how good his pass stats may be, he's "Water Pistol Pete Jr." out there. Plus, regardless, he's too slow, fumble prone and injury prone. It's TIME ⏰️ to Trade him now, or, before The Deadline, we need a QB who can AT LEAST get outside The Tackle Box to throw the football away. WE NEED a true QB. AND, his usering of Gibson is KILLING our Defense. I believe it's time to run 3-4 Defense full-time and save our season now before it's too late.

Damn I hate to see the loss but alot of miss tackles on Bennett and Golston dropping back 20 yards alot is a recipe for disaster, we wont fully know who this team is until later in the season its still early time to regroup and find this teams identity!!

The usering of Derrick Gibson is DESTROYING our Raiders Defense. And I actually am gonna give credit bc they played well today. The lack of speed isn't an issue if the team is built for the running game, it's just clear that roll-outs or scrambling are OUT. I'm fine with sticking with Golston and developing him.

@@PontFlair So, all of the issues with Golston can be addressed with the offensive line. Having Drew Brees under center won't fix anything, hes not Vick. Protect the pocket and pave the way for the running backs. There are guys that are strictly pocket passers, the QB doesn't need to run or be elusive. Id be interested in Peyton Manning's speed and acceleration in Madden 05 and compare it to Golston. I know in a lot of play throughs Coach goes for the mobile QB but I like the challenge of a pocket passer and a strong run game.

An overpaid Jamal Williams didn’t change that, and it appears your run defense is on par to finish in the bottom of the league again. Steven Jackson and Golston are not the issues. Golston is DEFINITELY an issue. He can't get outside the pocket to throw it away, and if he gets hit, he fumbles and/or gets injured. Jamal Williams isn't the issue, the setup of that Front 4 is. I've suggested a 3-4 in this video that would solve issues including stopping the pass. Him usering Safeties is a BIG BIG problem.
