this is based off of a level in the official backrooms lore called Level !, basically its called "Run for your Life". The level name makes the fact this mod sounds like boss music make more sense.

Fun fact: Level !!! of the Backrooms, also called "Run", is a level full of hostile entities that will hunt you down the moment they see you. The layout is of a hospital-themed labyrinth, full of rooms filled with random objects, including almond water and energy bars. Luckily, your stamina doesn't deplete as fast as it normally would, and you can eat energy bars to replenish the one you lost. But in exchange for that you will quickly lose sanity, so you better drink almond water regularly. The only way to escape this hellish level is to find the exit door
