My local Lowe's in CT didn't have the Better-gro cattleyas today. They were there last year but I forgot which month. These are the ones I bought: Rhyncholaeliocattleya (RLC) Mitsuo Akatsuki (Large Pink) - Died Potinara Rep Clift Tsuji 'Hawaii' (Lavender) - In recovery after repotting with three new root tips and a new cane Dialaelia Village Chief Perfume WCL (White with Purple Lip) - This one has done the best for me so far.

@@Misslou2425 Last month I placed my first online orders for orchids and they were from Waldor's, Krull-Smith, Hausermann, and Akatsuka. All orchids this time were cattleyas which I wanted to try out. They have all been repotted except for one that has two canes that are almost mature and I didn't want to disturb it. I found the ones I ordered from Hausermann and Akatsuka to be the best value, huge cattleyas for about $30 each.

Wow!! I'm in Indiana. I'll check ours this weekend! I've found cateleyas there before, but they were in terrible shape. I hope you got the Brassovola!

Omg ... I actually did put them down. I put them all down and didn't buy anything at all. Today... After receiving a birthday gift from a dear friend, my husband returned to Lowe's and picked up the encyclia rioclarense for me and l got the yellow bird from my friend! ❤️
