All of Marty's solos are improvised. That's just how he writes solos. Play what he feels then come back and alters parts here and there.

Marty Friedman will always be my favorite Megadeth lead guitarist. Megadeth has had many lead guitarists over the years, but I think Marty was the most talented. His solo albums are also very good.

I'm Iron Maiden fan from India but I like Megadeth & specially this song. Btw whole album is beast. The solo is insane. Marty Friedman. The man who wrote this solo. No doubt he is phenomenal guitarist. Past or present every members of this band is really great. Try to react on Tornado of Souls 92' Live, London & 2008 Live (San Diego). Then react on She Wolf (Rude Awakening Live) ❤😇❤️

If you want to take a look at some of their more modern stuff check out "Washington Is Next!", "Dystopia", "Conquer or Die" or "Celébutante". Megadeth is still releasing good albums. If you're still interested in thrash after that you can always check out some of the more modern bands like Havok, Vektor, Exmortus or Angelus Apatrida. Some of the older metalheads turn up their noses at these younger guys but as far as I'm concerned they revitalized the genre, especially Havok and Vektor (they've only had banger albums in my opinion). Anyway, if you're interested I can always post song recommendations for these.

You really need to check out some of Marty's work outside of Megadeth. Scenes is a great album to start with. Also, check out his stuff with another incredible guitarist, Jason Becker, in their band Cacophony.
