Concur with Chris F about reviewing the apps that help us connect all of the various gear. I am a treadmill runner and would therefore be interested in complete interconnected systems that are focused on that kind of experience (heart rate monitors and cadence pods, for example, that link with the apps/watches), as well as comparing the accuracy of step/distance/elevation measurements by different devices (because they sometimes vary significantly). Additionally, because I am primarily a treadmill runner, comparing the similarities and differences between treadmill/track/road/trail running would help me better prepare for the challenges of branching out from the gym! Thank you and your team for the great content!!

I’m just getting into trail running, but I don’t know what I’m doing. My biggest fear is finding the right shoes. I’d love to know more about how to pick out a good shoe/what the best shoe is for me. I’m excited for this channel, thanks for the great content

Form breakdown! What are the real differences in impact for heel strikers and mid- or forefoot strikers, for example? How can you increase your cadence without altering speed? Do I really need a heart-rate monitor if I'm just a middle-of-the-pack runner??
