A great list! This time of year my Kahtoola microspikes come with me everywhere just in case. Also love my shockz too, gives me some peace of mind when I'm running solo.

I have many of these items and love them too. I have the Garmin InReach as well but for runs that aren’t in a remote area, I have a Birdie + alarm for safety. You can pull the top and it’s a loud alarm. With the + model and a monthly subscription, there’s a button that you press….if you press twice, a representative calls you to see if you’re okay and if you need help or don’t answer, they contact emergency services on your behalf. If you press it 3 times, your location is sent to contacts of your choice. Excited to try those Yes bars and if my trail running vest falls apart, I’ll be trying your REI vest.
