I don't say this with any particular vitriol, but I really do feel like high octane is going to cop a band. After a week of this shenanigans. I get that. It helps you catch up when you've been beaten and disrupted, but holy shit with the processors and then just having enough action points left over at the end of your turn to empty your entire gun into my undefended face. I had someone go up to six action points on me

The single best thing they could do for ice is errata frostbite to only apply to cards (tunic and weapons become viable options to counter frostbite)
