Thanks for the video, Ash! Really love the specific morning stretches! While I know that we can do any of your stretches at any time of the day, I do feel that some moves are more beneficial for my body early in the morning than others. I also liked the ones belowthe ankle- a part I tend to overlook too often.

The wide pyramid forward fold felt so good. I usually drop to my elbows in open lizard but followed your cues this time and definitely felt that wonderful stretch along my front core. Thanks!
