Thank you so much for the REAL review by showing different items and weights that can be used with this cart. Most reviews seem to be mostly advertising, but yours shows real world usage with no frills. Kudos.... Great video. I just bought the 6 cu ft model. My daughter and I put it together easily the evening it arrived, and then moved 15 cu yards of playground mulch the next day. Moving 15 cu yards of mulch took 3 days, and a lot more back and shoulder pain, the last time when we used a wheelbarrow.

I have the smaller one and use it for a million little tasks around the yard. Makes a great little service cart when pressure washing the house. Gas can, detergent jugs, a tool bag, a role of shop towels and a cooler of cold ones all fit perfectly. Needs a little air in the tires every now and then but runs like a champ. Awesome little cart.

Thanks Mike for the video! After viewing this video, I’m almost sold! The “almost” is in the handle, Mike! I own a Burley Nomad, adding a top rack and stroller kit. Reworked the floor of the Burley, with 3/4” conduit and Kover Klamps, to transport above 125 pounds. Which has greatly expanded what I can do with my Burley and road/touring bike. In addition, the rack, when open, is at a perfect grocery cart height. Added my Yeti M30, to mount on top of the rack, so as to handle frozen/refrigerated items, leaving the compartments, front and rear, for groceries. They love seeing me at Home Depot and Lowe’s! For sometime now, I wanted to expand further carrying capacity (with my bike), eyeing the Gorilla Cart, in particular the 7cu ft one! This would help safely carry what I can’t carry, with the Burley. With the 11-speed gearing, triple crank… I should be able to pull the Gorilla, loaded, safely! Connections… is my hang-up… but after watching your video… you’ve given me the Can Do Arrogance, to FINALLY bite the bullet and Go For It! Worst case, after losing my yard cart, I can always use the Gorilla, but I think I could make the bike tow work, moving heavy work items to/from property-to-property (1/4 mile distance, one-way), without wear & tear on bike or body! The square-tubing on the Burley, is very similar to the Gorilla… just need to mate a universal mount to the Gorilla, so as to tow the Gorilla, for heavy needs. Then quickly stow the Gorilla, switch to Burley, for “light” needs. Heck… can stow the Burley inside the Gorilla! Ha! Ok, so why the long comment? Because your a biker… have a Gorilla… would love to hear your comments, about my comments! Thanks Mike!
@RunBikeMike3 жыл бұрын
You could definitely haul some heavy stuff with it. I would like to hear back if you start using it to haul with your bike. I wonder what it would be like at faster speeds. I know I pull it behind my mower at full speed and that is 10mph and it does just fine.

cart is cool, but i feel the bucket isn't durable it is as flimsy as any plastic storage tub out there. i almost crushed mine. i would like to reinforce it with flex seal, or thin sticky plastic sheets, with multiple layers. the design is cool, but the only issue i had was the cheap flimsy bucket and the wheels. even better idea is find a metal bucket same size and drill holes in it putting in the parts ,i would also like to replace wheels with a solid wheel so it can't go flat. adding those features would justify the price.

We just bought the largest one, two days ago, a 12cu foot, thats rated for 1600lbs. Hauled hay yesterday and love the ease of handling it. Finally something that dumps, rolls and turns easily, plus you can't beat the ground and rock clearance on this versus a regular metal Gorilla wagon. My only complaint is no braking system on these and while its still easy to use, on 2 1/2 acres of varying terrain on my ranch, some brakes would most certainly make this the absolute best cart on the market, hands down. My next purchase is the no flat tires on their website and we're going to make custom rail sides for it. The slots are there.

I have the 12 cubic foot gorilla cart. My wheels broke the first day. I never could find wheels to replace them. Believe it or not, Gorilla carts won't sell you wheels, let alone support their product under warranty. After 6 months of walking around the cart that was useless I threw it away. I only ever got to haul 1/2 what would fit in a wheelbarrow about 30 feet. If you get a smaller cart with the flat free wheels it's ok. Don't buy any carts without the flat free wheels. They don't have those for the big cart. Also, don't expect any support from the company ever. They are the rudest people I've ever dealt with in a customer service situation. I'm surprised they still exist as a company. Good thing their smaller carts are ok. I guess that saves them. There are better products out there for sure though.

@@RunBikeMike I dealt with gorilla cart customer service for a couple months because it does have a 1 year warranty. They never sent any new parts as promised though. Then it was too late to return it. The smaller carts are good because you can get run flat tires. The 12 cubic foot doesn't and it's like $300. I was pretty disappointed in that cart for sure. Gorilla carts lost me as a customer. I used to tell everyone how great they were before I had to deal with a warranty issue. They just don't support their products.
