it strikes how beautiful these buildings are. whenever i was in the montains and i see one of those, i wanted to look inside, because it intrigued my how a machine room could be so aesthetically pleasing. these places have this kind of athmosphere, devoid of people or life but still designed and built to look good.

Amazing tour! It seems that there are many meters of head lost with the turbine outlet several floors above the "ground" floor, which itself is many meters above the river. This seems like a lot of lost potential energy.

Danke für das Lob! Das ist vermutlich nur das Dotierwasser (Mindestmenge Wasser das ans Flussbett abgegeben werden muss) das turbinierte Wasser wird in den Mapragger Stausee geleitet. Aus diesem wird es wieder hochgepumpt oder über das Kraftwerk Sarelli turbiniert und in den Rhein geleitet. Gruss aus der Schweiz.

Hello, 47 No, we installed them for the guided tours. 2:00 so that no real birds fly in. 8:30 The bottom outlet is to be opened ( kzbin.info/www/bejne/bH6cl3etaa-Wr68) 8:47 In Switzerland, most of them are written like this. 10:25 I don't know exactly what these tubes are for, but the luminous color is light yellow so that you can see them without light. 14:25 This very wire goes all the way down. 15:34 The gravel is there if the transformer ever loses oil.
