If you're patience enough, you can essentially make a monster that's immune to every attack, including physical attack. Rune crystal increase physical attack but lower every elemental but after that, you can give it elemental resistance (red core for fire, blue core for water, green core for wind, yellow core for earth. Shade stone and light ore for dark and light, love scale for love) with no repercussions

You can deck out an NPC's gear to be fully immune to all elements pretty "easily". But trying to make a monster immune to all elements takes about 4 years by feeding it elemental cores.

Yeah but can you make them basically immune to every attack? No?? By giving monster rune crystal, they'll defense for physical attack go up but every elemental attack got lowered but with patience, you can essentially make a monster that's immune to every attack, even physical one. I did this with my Fiersome, it took about idk 2 years but it was worth it, lvl 10,000 banquet of nightmare monster didn't do any damage while i just ride it

My Leon a has total of 30k Magic attack He Wrecks Everything in the Maze. I just stand there with my Light shield and watch him Destroy every living thing on the screen.

Thanks for the video. I wasn't aware of the difference in scaling and level caps. I have to wonder though; Based on the fact you can't get that wonderful equipment until the third arc, and the slow level progression in the game ( I have no idea how long it would take to even get lvl 1000), would it be better/mor practical to use all "Weaken Enemy" orders (since they are typoed and actually increase lvls) on hard mode, wearing a rosary to tame lvl 1000+ elemental faeries from Sharance Maze? You can then wear sun/wind? pendants to boost their stats as well as those stat boosts rune abilities + Striking March to 1 shot things as they enter the screen

AbdulKarim Kawsara I forgot to add, by giving items to monsters, rather than stat items, you can give them status effect/life steal/resistance/crit ever day. Unsure about extended range stat and 10 fold steel with monsters. I imagine monsters would be superior outside reaching the astronomical level caps.

John E Boy It's available I believe after clearing the 3rd arc under "extra orders". Just note that the weaken/increase enemies orders are typoed and do the opposite of what they say. When all 10 are used, I know the woolies outside of town become lvl 400, I forget how high the sharance maze hits

You can also give monsters items that give them status attacks like poison and sleep. It gets ridiculous. That's why I like to take one villager and one monster.

How do you give monsters status attacks? Any recommended items in the early 2nd arc? I’ve mostly mained with Forte and a silver wolf and I’ve given Forte a weapon that can inflict poison. I didn’t know you can give monsters status attack items either 😳

@@starsmidnight Every day, you can give a monster a gift. It gets the stats from that gift. Say you give your monster a rigid horn every day. It gives your monster 1% crit. If you give it a rigid horn for 50 days, you'll get 50% crit. You can also give your monster status attacks by giving it things like Ambrosia's thorns or poison spores.

Also on a related note, I know levels don’t really mean much in the game for the human characters but does levelling up the monsters increase their stats? Or does it come from the items you give them?

@@starsmidnight They do definitely get stronger the more you level them. It's important, but I find that items should be your priority. It doesn't hurt to level them, but you'll find that items will be what really makes the difference. I like to start by increasing their dizzy and poison resistance. Also go for sleep resistance. It keeps them in the fight much longer. Next it's a good idea to give your monsters a sleep attack and then a poison attack. That's actually how I was able to fight very difficult monsters early on. I was able to get a decent way through Maya Road with just a Buffamoo and a Mushroom since my monster buddies were able to have the enemy monsters constantly asleep and paralyzed and poisoned. I should also note that you can give your monsters food to boost their stats too. For instance, sashimi will boost their strength, and juice will boost their intelligence. I don't know if they retain all of those boosts, though. Like I don't know if they permanently gain 100% sick res after eating porridge. It's possible they just get a fraction of that effect. I don't actually know 100% about food effects on monsters, which is why I prefer to stick to items. There's also this dude who lives in a house somewhere I think on Autumn Road. The fella can tell you how good your monster's status attacks and resistances are so you know what to boost and what you've already boosted. Anyway, just give your monster friends some quality items (I like farming boss items for mine) and you'll start seeing them really pull their weight in a fight. But that's just how I like to go about things. If you want to make your monsters critical strike gods, go for it. If you just want to boost their attack to unholy levels, do what you want.

I wish we can see their percentage stats though. I'm hoping someone can answer my question. I've got monster levels at 300+ and it says their attack is like 5000+ and they do not attack near that amount at all they do like 200 damage or less at a time. How can I increase the damage that they do? I have given them dragon scales and they just don't do a thing, as well as other gifts they do nothing to their stats and I wonder if my game is just glitched.

I'm not sure why the monster is doing so little damage then but my suggestion is to try feeding the monster crit items since (if i remember right.) when you crit it ignores deffense

aaahhhhh, well I can honestly tell you that the monster in the village festival are stacked. those monster have basically been pumped with roids so essentially you probably fought monsters with 3-4k defense. as for the items, its kinda tricky because not all items will give permanent stat boosts and its even harder to tell what items work on stats you can't see (crit, status inflict ect.) the only thing I do know is that boss items usually give permanent stat increases so maybe a golem tablet? if that doesnt work try rigid horn. but if you want the monsters to inflict status ailments you could always feed them poison spores to increase the chance of poison attack. another option is to pump the monsters attack stat even higher by giving it sashimi. I've thought about messing with monsters in RF4 so maybe I will test some things out and see what happens, might even make a video on it if I like the results.

50.000?!!!! HOLY HELL! I just had the game last weekend and I love it allot. I'm already in the 2nd Arc and I'm going for Dylas dating/marrying him wise. But lv.50.000 geez.... I'm only around lv.50+ and the NPC's need ALLOT of training hehe. But I do have a question, when are you able to like ask someone in your party? Does it depend on the friendship level you raised with one of the villagers? Cause Dylas did not want to go with me (I asked him every day) until he got a higher friendship level and even with that high friendship number (currently at 8) is there also a specific time in the game you can ask someone to take with on your adventures? Just wondering o-o

+KuraiKodoku16 their friendship lvl has to be at lvl 3 and it has to be a good time for them, sometimes they wont go even if their at lvl 3 for some reason XD They also wont do anything if they are involved in a event you haven't finished. anywho im at lvl 310 and ive been playing for a long time sooo i dont think i will be reaching the cap lol

im not sure about it though...cuz in the 1st arch i've always have margaret in my party and she is lvl 41, eventually i go solo every dungeon through 2nd arch and then i go to the prince order board stuff in venti castle to order show enemy lvl and hp and running around the town and i noticed margaret lvl is 46...so im guessing they do lvl up on their own but slow...or maybe its just my imagination..
