This game has no right to be as good as it is. It’s an anime “bullet hell” rpg farming sim, and it’s absolutely amazing with a level of depth I wasn’t prepared for.

Rune Idk if “bullet hell” is super accurate, but yeah, it’s definitely better than you’d expect. I only picked it up cause I was waiting for Smash 4, and since I enjoyed some of the Harvest Moon games, I thought I’d grab it to tide me over. I am now level 435, 300 hours in, and I also bought the first game and Tides of Destiny. This is an amazing game.

Randomness 10150 It really is something, ha-ha! I put bullet hell in quotations since it isn’t really bullet hell but it’s got the mechanics of one. I hope they come out with one for the Switch since I’m pretty bad at buying games from years ago. 😅

I keep trying to get my friends into the game but they're not interested, RF4 is such an underrated and poorly known game, more people should play it in my opinion

@@yumakuga7128 I have the same problem No one I know wants to get hooked on this game, even though its so fricking amazing! Like it's got a deep emotional storyline, badass combat, farming to your hearts content , super cute animals and is a very enjoyable dating sim too! What more could you want? Heck even the music is a piece of art, if not a whole gallery!

God I remember me at 9 years old, slowly grind-killing the orcs n stuff because I didn't know a thing about stats back then. Still managed to beat the old man with gloves that did 92 damage tho-

It wasn't terrible... But the two arcs could've been welded. */shot* Nah, seriously though bruh, the ending was HEARTWRENCHING. ESPECIALLY when Venti/Ethelwill's corpse started rotting mid-battle!
