Tandem Smithing doesnt just boost attack they have 50% to boost your attack by 20% at "max FP value" I'm still digging through the data but I can not verify the calculation for VIT, INT and STR mods that each villager can give also you can reroll your Tandem partner by reloading the game basically they are generated like Heinz's rotating stock the NPC is generated the moment you check the stations around town dont like them? reload

Does increased attack range increase exp earned using punching-bags if you have a lot more ?

I guess it can work, but if your skill level is above 80 or 90, it becomes very hard to grind. kzbin.info/www/bejne/hJ2xqmiCndenoKs this tips is the best to increase higher level.

I have used it with the punching bags. Glitter Augite on an axe weapon since its hit box is wonky. I had 16 punching bags up in a square. It leveled in no time to 80, much faster then when I leveled dual blades and longsword with just 9 bags. Wish I had done it sooner. Will probably add another row when I level spears and fists. I was using heart pendant when grinding all weapons for the double skill xp. Edit to punching bag count. Was tired and with math 4 rows of 4 is not 9.

What if I want the skin of a weapon that needs 5 materials to craft? I don't have enough room for light ore and the heaven asunder. I can't use Rune Legend as a skin because it needs 5 materials and there's no space for either the light ore or the heaven asunder.

Hi hayden, You can only do that if its the same type of weapon like sword with sword so its possible with 5 mats to craft. But if its a different type of weapon. You need light ore which not possible to do that. Try to find the weapon skin that has 4 mats to create.
