(Vod 4) Rune Lv.1 Collecting the last of what i need

I recently beat Elden Ring for the first time & now I am attempting to beat Elden Ring at Rune Lv.1 but the catch is I can only Beat bosses that are Mandatory to beating the game meaning I am locked out of some of the best builds for attempting a Rune Lv.1 run.
Me and my friend planned out the entire route to make things a bit more efficient and I know which build I am planning to use.
I am open to all challenge suggestions anyone wants me to try, just comment your suggestion.
