Bertram - Craft and Wilderness

I am enjoying an overnight in my permanent bushcraft camp here in Denmark. Making some great meat and a carving bench, improving the fire place and a few other things - and just enjoying the camp site. I get snow fall on day one.
Here is all videos from the camp • Highlights from making...
_________________
Location: Denmark - previous viking country. West coast of Jutland - sand, big sea, spruce and pine forrest. Some of the most remote in Denmark, but a lot of people in Denmark so limited how remote it can get. A lot of birds and deer. No bears only a few wolves - nothing dangerous for campers. If you want to do the same in Denmark do you need to be the owner or get the owners permission.
------------------
Consuming: Water, pine/spruce tea, chaga tea. Flour and unknown meat balls. Cow.
_________________
Some of the gear used in the video:
1. Sweater = unknown.
2. Pot and kettle = made by "eagle" 1.5 and 10 liters.
3. Pants = made by "Ridgeline"
4. Axe = made by "Kellokoski" model 18
5. Carving tools = mora 106, Pfeil 8L 25mm and 7A 25mm
6. Boots = made by "Redback" original boots
7. Tent = polish puncho army lavvu
8. Backpack = made by "Fjallraven" Kajka 65L
9. Sharpening stone = made by "Gransfors Bruks"
10. Jacket = Lundhags Sprek

I really like your chair, because it is made from primitive tools. There's no need for too many modern tools, and one more thing he doesn't need to talk to anyone about because there is already music given by nature here. After watching it, I felt very comfortable because I was able to enjoy the assembly movements. This guy's creation

Bills and taxes never leave you behind. I do alpinism (dunno in english, pretty tough mountaineering), I do forging too, as a hobby because in my country you cannot gain enough to live with it, sadly. Both are the only two things that keeps me going on. I have to specify that in my case, on mountain, the weather and the clock are deadly factors. Those two factors stress me out as hell days before going climbing some peak (I'm more afraid that i would have no views from top, or lightning or to be stuck at night, that everything else) BUT, once im there, and the weather keeps up, I feel that living is nice. Sadly reality never abandon me, so the motivation to go back to where i live (ugly city) is each time thinnier. If i would win lottery, nobody would see me again and I would truly live as hermit :D.
@hmax1591
@hmax1591 4 жыл бұрын
@@zoichikanoe6242 Why do you need to win the lottery to live as a hermit? Do it now. since when do hermits need money? You are a coward is what you are. Too lazy to actually get in the race and live like others. I am glad we don't have more people like you . Your attitude is repulsive and worthless.....
@zoichikanoe6242
@zoichikanoe6242 4 жыл бұрын
@@hmax1591 Well because I cannot escape from taxes even if I become an hermit. Since birth you are noted into governments tax papers, there is no actual true "freedom". Without cash you cannot live in peace. If I just go away. obviously somebody spot me and talks, then authorities would get a chopper and arrest me after some years, the interests on delayed paid taxes are so high, that to lower them by paying on days of prisons will be unacceptable. If I would live in some third world countries when I wouldn't registered on the government papers is a different story.
