Tried and tried. The only unique supporting it is impossible to use and scales poorly. Not sure what to do with it. Fireball does what it does but better

Im using the maxroll frostclaw nova build and I’m not doing dmg compared to a fire claw set up I had before would u say this is a better setup overal, I understand it’ll take a while to get the right rolled gear, is it still usable outside of having the ideal gear? I’m a little newer to these sorts of games so I don’t know much yet

How are you regaining mana? I tried this and was nowhere near able to sustain the Ice Barrage's cost, and I have 200 mana. Also, greetings from Lanark :)

Frost bite is the dot. Do you mean Frost Claw? If so is is mandatory as it is a Frost Claw build.
