Great video! I wanted to add for anyone looking to buy a staff, the Staff of Sliske (t92) is currently cheaper than a Nox Staff (t90). Neither has a high-value spec, and the higher price for a nox staff is because of the high value of biting components and the price of spider legs being kept up by the scythe (and to a lesser extent bows being really good).

It's useful when you have to hit multiple targets, such as Zuk, Telos, Solak or elite dungeons, otherwise it's not useful.

shouldnt you have armadyl battlestaff in eof, i had githix claws but was told to change for the armadyl battlestaff when i got fsoa

Once you have an fsoa you need both a guthix claws spec and armadyl battlestaff spec. This guide does not cover the fsoa since we have a separate video on that which is why only the guthix spec was mentioned here.

Overall pretty good intro to mage guide. You were inaccurate but close about several things, for example affliction(t99 prayer) is a 12% damage buff and the t95 one is 10%. On all hits that wouldn’t hit cap at 10k/12k/15k/16.8k that’s a 1.2% damage increase. And maniacal aura increases damage you take by 10% and also drains ur physical stat by like 10 levels. Meaning bosses and mobs hit your character a lot more common. Also, are you planning to make any more guides?

This is an introductory guide. Calculating the damage difference of torment vs affliction heavily depends on the gear and potions used, critcaps, etc., so we averaged it out to 2%. The point is not to get the exact decimal point correct, but to demonstrate that it is a very minor upgrade. But yes, other guides are in the works : )
