One note I'd like to add to that soa rotation: Since your soa spec, tsunami and sunshine have a cooldown of 60 seconds, Limitless of 90 seconds, and adre potion of 120 seconds, your amount of soa-rotations in an encounter get kinda limited by limitless and the adre potion cooldown. What I like to do to counter this issue, is to do a Natrual Instinct before you sun every 60-90 seconds IF your adre potion is still on cooldown. So the general rotation I do would be Sun > Adre Renewal > Tsunami > Soa Spec and then after 60 or 90 seconds Natural Instinct > Sunshine > Tsunami asap > Soa Spec. This for example works perfectly out if you fight NM or HM Zuk himself at the end, since you can always rotate between the Adrenaline Potion and Natural Instinct. Or Ambassador, because you maximize the amount of soa rotations in the fight.

Question - I always used Shadow Blitz because I wanted to use an earth spell with my animate dead/cryptbloom armor for more damage prevention. I thought there was an advantage to auto cast an earth spell, was I imagining this? Also, is exungunate better than shadow blitz in all circumstances? (I don't see myself ever using incite fear as the rune cost is far too high for the level of PVM I do) Question - Do you ever use Staff of Light anywhere? The extra 50% Melee defense seems to be broken since you could just keep it going permanently. Is there any boss where this would make sense? If it matters, I'm max level with nox staff and cryptbloom armor. I mainly kill magister, hellwyr and low enrage telos.

If you are really struggling with taking too much damage then yeah you can get more damage reduction by using earth spells with cryptbloom. But in most cases you should be absolutely fine without it. Also keep in mind that dealing more damage to whatever your killing will also end up in you taking less damage. As it stops hurting you when it's dead :p Except for wanting more defence from cryptbloom, exsanguinate should be better yeah :) wrack and ruin and +12% damage to basic abilities is really strong Staff of light spec could be useful in SOME situations maybe, but overall I wouldn't say its worth bothering with. Doesn't it cost 100% adrenaline to use? Considering the melee damage reduction you already have with cryptbloom, you shouldn't need this too :)

What perks do you have on your off hand orb? I see you have aftershock4 and planted feet on your main hand. I am thinking maybe to go with precise 6 aftershock1 in mainhand, and caroming4+ planted feet on the orb to minimise switching between weapons..

Currently I'm using seismic wand and cywir orb, I have inq staff, would you suggest using wand plus or over staff in that case. Also for times inq staff isn't t97 what staff should I be using

I also use seismic main hand and orb offhand as long as you have greater concentrated blast you should be fine using dual wield it's only a percentage or two DPS loss from using seismic offhand

Inq staff is likely better by a slight amount but I'm not too sure, haven't done the research on that. But unless your using 4taa, you would be fine using your duel wield where ever inq isn't t97

Wand and orb ability. Switch to staff. Press the spell you wanna cast then the ability you wanna cast quickly in that order. You need to practice to figure out timing but that’s the most simple explanation.
