So I´m playing Runescape for almost 15 years now , I never had much gold , the most I ever had was I think like 300m , and last week I was bored so I did a master clue scroll , and oh god , that day changed my Runescape life lol , I had like 40m at this moment and was trying to get money for the upcoming dxp , so I finished my clue scroll and first I tought it says "2m" then I looked closer and it was a damn Blood Dye worth 2,1b , man I did a half backflip (cuz I cant a full backflip lol) I was so happy that day I told my mum what I got and she had no clue what I´m talking about xD

Congrats!!! I’m curious about why you haven’t accumulated a lot of gp after 15yrs. I’ve been playing for 12 years and found a shadow dye two years ago. It afforded me 1b. Even still, all my pvming and skilling has also totaled around 2b. I also religiously did herb runs for a year... We’re talking 3-7 runs per day. I think I netted about 400 or 500m from just herb runs alone haha.

I think my luckiest moment was getting my Santa hat. When I was still pretty nooby myself back in like 2011-2012ish, low 70’s CB level, I went through this phase of wanting to help super new players. Long story short, I was walking through Lumbridge and saw a level 4 that was kinda running around in circles. I started talking with him for a bit, and ended up giving him some gp, some items, some advice, etc. I added him and became semi-decent friends with him for a while. One day I get a PM from some random name I’ve never seen before. It says “meet me at Lumbridge castle.” Went there, and there was a level 101 there who started following me. Turns out it was the level 4 on his main account. Told me he was quitting, and was giving away his items and wealth, and used his level 4 noob account to find people he thought deserving of the items without drawing attention. He wanted his stuff to go on to “good players”. Still have that Santa to this day.

Back when I was around 13 years old the first Balthazars big raffle took place. I heard about the death touched darts and to me they seemed like the best item I could get. I saved up my raffle tickets from a whole week and was lucky enough to get a hold of them. At first I wanted to try them out at KK since drygores were pretty new back then and I had never had more than 10m at this point. My friend told me that using them at Nex would be smarter, since she has more valuable loot (onyx bolts and such). I started training my agility from around level 40 to 70 to get myself a frozen key (took me a week or so). When I got it I geared up, grabbed my darts and headed to Nex, hoping to get something fun. I threw my first dart and landed my first ever Nex kill. My grinding was greatly rewarded by a Virtus wand. 13 year old me couldn't have been more happy

I've had two ironwomen get both the berserker ring and dragon axe incredibly early sub 19 kills. One was a non official pre-eoc iron, and the other on OSRS. Unfortunately, that second iron got banned, but when I made a new one I didn't get them as early, but they were back to back! Around 150kc IIRC. On another note, I found your videos recently and they're definitely really well made and spoken so thanks for continuously uploading! Also, the reaper points to reset aura's aren't cheap either if you consider selling a hydrix it's like 70k per point so like 700k for a tier two reset. My RSN is Alliana or Lliana. Almost forgot considering it's just my name ^^;

Glad to see the vids are coming back! Awesome tips btw. The luckiest ive ever been is an hour at Bandos when pet hunting. I didn't get the pet, but I got 2 chestplates, 1 legs, 1 gloves, 1 effigy, and 2 godsword shards in a single hour. Was fucking crazy lol.

I am the world's worst pvm'er and it takes me forever to learn how to do anything effectively and efficiently. Ziliana was a particular challenge to learn and also provided me with my greatest bit of luck. The first time I was able to manage a full 1 hour instance, I received a Sara hilt drop, an off-hand Arma crossbow, and a Saradomin's hiss. None of these are a great money maker but for someone who has zero skill, it was a huge win!

My luckiest moment in RS was when I obtained a dragon hatchet on my 26th kill at dagannoth kings on my hardcore ironman. P.S. The tip about buying spears to disassemble for blade components was brilliant! I had no idea about this, so thank you!

For the pennence tip: you can buy an incomplete hydrix for 300 points, selling it for 22m, which makes 10 points worth 733k, using 100 vis costs 709k at a price of 7090 per vis-wax.

Good point, but its still super useful for ironmen who are very limited on vis. Alternatively, people often cba to store 300 points for hydrix. But good point regardless, thank you sir.

@@ravlarrs4373 By doing reapers with extended tasks and group bosses off and doing gwd2+ bosses you can pay for membership with hydrix, assuming 20 points per day, lets say youy do 300 tasks per year (due to forgetting to sometimes and a few unlucky rolls) lowballing hydrix to 20m, each day you make 1.3m which is 400m in the 300 days :P (if you want to add that in your next vid or not haha)

They followed me around the course and both fell into the pit. I scarpered out and chuckled to myself. That's what they get for trying to melee PK. If only they used range, I'd have been a gonner.

I remember when OSRS came out I couldn't afford to buy membership with money at the time, so I sold my RS3 bank for gp to buy bonds. I had been playing OSRS for such a long time and having too much fun that I neglected RS3 and when I tried to get back into it, I found it quite difficult. I decided to do clues I had in my bank and as I finished my hard clue I opened my casket and there was a Shadow Dye! I knew at the time dyes were good but I had no idea how much they were, I ended up selling it for 1 Billion gp! I decided then I would use that money wisely, Max my account on DXP and buy gear to help me PVM more. To this day I'm still so thankful for the RNG I received, I'm not sure I would be still playing RS3 if I had not got that dye, it changed everything!

I just got back to RS3 after a 2 year absence, he has explained the mining and smithing reworks and I've made 30m from that in a few days. My luckiest moment of Runescape was yesterday (March 2, 2019). I was mining orichalcite in the miner's guild, getting ready to skill my smithing. I hadn't played for years, but I logged in to check out the new mining/smithing rework. After a little bit, the mining pet, Rocky, dropped for me. According to the calculator on the skilling pet wiki page, it was a 0.001782% drop.

I got the woodcutting pet right after the pet update came out, I was chopping the basic bamboo on waiko because I was beginning uncharted isles and got it within my first 3 chops. If we're looking WAY back, around '08-'09 I was a f2p noob (had been for ~2 years) and there was a 1m cash stack in the falador party room being dropped, guess who got it =) That was WAY more than any sort of cash I had ever had up to that point and really spurred my excitement for the game. I was a kid at the time and my mom wouldn't let me get membership, but after I got that drop I was so ready to explore members worlds with my newfound wealth that I eventually convinced her to allow me to get membership.

8:00 this is actually effectively (slightly) more expensive. Vis wax is currently worth about 7100, or 710k for 100. An incomplete hydrix is worth about 22,400,000 on the GE and costs 300 reaper points, which means 10 reaper points are worth about 745k. Still a useful tip for ironmen or for people who don't want to pay the upfront cost of vis wax, but it doesn't actually save you money

Great video! I want to add another thing about spirit tree. If you have a spirit tree planted in port sarim, I think it's faster to use arc journal to teleport there to access spirit tree than crystal teleport seed to crwys.

I had the luck of rolling an 200mil on treasure hunter game. On top of that there was the multiplier, not less than x10 which lead me to a free 2 bil into my cash bag. Thanks Jagex! BTW, been playing for 18 years now, still going strong!

I was down due to losing all my gear when my account got hacked. Luckily I have great friends that encouraged me to continue playing. So my friend Chevy SS and I decided to do a stack of elite clue scrolls and I had already had done 7 prior to getting hacked but we did 25 clues and we had the caskets ready to open together so we started to open them and the first casket that i had opened was an Ice Dye. I couldn't believe it. I was speechless. I got back all my gear that i lost. I was so happy. Another lucky instance was I got Lil Tuzzy on my 9 Beastmaster Durzag kill. xD I enjoy your videos. Just a quick tip I noticed in this video: To dissassemble items faster for invention, rather than going into your mage spells, just drag the item ontop of the invention icon in your inventory. It will automatically dissassemble the item, thus saving you a lot of time.

I play runescape for almost 10 years now, and never had much luck in game, but last week it changed a little bit, cause i started doing some araxxor trips, and everybody said to me that to make a full leg it takes on average 80-120 kills, and i got 2 leg pieces in under 10 kills, i was hyped af, but i thought myself: “of f**k, now im gonna be dry for the the rest of the 100 kills, as luck as i am, lol.” But the next day, the path rotation changed and i killed araxxor for about 2 hours on the path that just opened, and boom, final leg piece on the last kill. I finished my full leg in about 30 kills and made bank in 2 days. That was my happiest and luckiest pvm situation that ive been for the past years.

I was lucky that I received the 200m coins out of treasure hunter two months after I started playing this game. This was like 3 years ago. My twinbro played already for 5 years back then and never received it. I’ve a physical disability, so it’s harder for me to make momey for a long time. Clickintensive things I try to avoid. Luckiest I've ever gotten was quite recently, actually! Been playing RS on and off for 11+ years, f2p the *VAST* majority of that time and only really fooled around in p2p the three times I had it (as I had other stuff - mostly school - that came up). So! SUPER long hiatus with work & stuff (finished school at this point) Recently I went through major surgery and had 4 weeks medical leave (which I currently have 2 weeks remaining) During the first week: my sister decided she wanted to get into RuneScape. I was like "I have time now! Lemme look back into this game!" 1st surprise: new f2p quests. 2nd surprise: Twitch promotion giving 2 weeks free membership. 3rd surprise: DXP weekend! All while I have all the time in the world, thanks to medical leave!! I finished all new F2P quests and have *actually* been learning the P2P world for the first time *ever*!! It was as if Guthix himself designed the pain of my surgical recovery to balance out perfectly with the joy of RuneScape!! 😭

The luckiest I ever was was earlier this year. I was getting bored of the game and the constant grind and was tempted to quit, but then I got my first two pets Sifu at level 90 and Morty at 85, and then later that week I won 100mil in treasure hunter. It was what I needed to keep going.

Luckiest I've ever been was... back over 10 years ago. I had just hit 99 fletching, which trimmed my 99 Firemaking Cape. I went up to do some Slayer and got a Dragon Chainbody from a Dust Devil, which was worth 9.5M at the time. Drop rate is 1/32k. It paid the 99 cooking I got around a week later. Great times.

So I've had a recent string of good Luck. It started when I got my final Trio Mission to finish my MQC. I then got 10m from the Shadow Gem Treasure hunter. Then while doing slayer, I got Razerback Gauntlets. Followed By 3 Dragon Visage Drops during my 2nd task Task and finally to top it off I got a blood Necklace Shard from the 3rd roughly 35M in a 24 hour time period.

My luckiest moment was getting shadow dye on my 31st elite (before the clue scroll update) and sold it for nearly 900m, it was in time to prep for dxp and I managed to max as I previously couldn't afford to get the buyables. Also, you can drag items onto the invention button next to your currency pouch to disassemble them, you don't have to open the magic tab like you do at 4:30

I'm a f2p player and was doing my explorers ring 4 achievements. I needed 57 runecrafting and at level 47 I got Rue the skilling pet. According to the wiki, 1 in a million chance!

I did an elite clue that required me to go to ~50 wildy. I got the casket, opened it up, I got a shadow dye. A pker that was most likely heading to the wildy agility course spotted me, and chased me all the way down to level 20 wilderness before i was able to teleport out. I survived with 40hp.

My luckiest moment in Runescape has gotta be when I got the slayer pet. I had a crawling hand task at the slayer tower, but got invited to do some Zammy boys God Wars dungeon by a friend. My Reaper task was Saradomin at this time so they're should have been no way for me to get Crabbe during this fight. 15 kills in, we had a large group so we could have stayed for hours if we had wanted, I managed to snag the boss kill and an announcement went up in clan chat that I got the pet. I doubt anybody would believe this since it shouldn't have been possible, but it's now a meme in the clan chat whenever I get a pet drop. Second luckiest moment was when I recieved the chaos elemental pet on my 3rd kill. Either way all my RNG has gone into pets xD.

I would say my luckiest time in RS is when they released the party hats and pretty much everyone was dropping them at drop partys. At 1 point i had every single phat santa hat and mask until my most unlucky day in RS when i logged in after about a month off to see over 20B GP hacked and was left with 1GP and an empty bank. Since then my luck has been shit but the grind back up has made it all worth it.

Luckiest I was was around when boss pets first came out. I was just doing my first ever Zammy trip and at around 15 kills I got a giant loot beam, I got excited thinking I got subjugation garb or something (over 10m a piece at the time) but instead I had a severed hoof on the ground, I remember asking my clan how much its worth cos they were all saying gz and they told me you dont trade it, its a pet! The funniest part is at the time I was annoyed and would have traded it for 10mil given a chance, would never do that now LOL.

One of my luckiest finds was the Pharaoh's sceptre from Pyramid Plunder. It's not worth much, just less than a mil but it's very rare to find and useful for teleports. I was actually there looking for parts of the Black Ibis outfit but I was pleasantly surprised when I got booted out and had the sceptre in my backpack! I also got a Warpriest of Zamorak cuirass from GWD.

for the most part of my RS3 "career" i have never been able to afford good gear, always running around with rune/dhide armour. decided to farm some hard clues at Hellhounds, farmed like 20 of them then started to solve them, didnt get anything good until the last 3. So first i got a 3m reward, wich for me is alot. right after i got Barrows dye. I remember chaking for about an hour or so (at this time Barrown dye was around 270m), then when i opened the last one i got another 3m reward. and thanks to the barrows dye, I now for once have good enough gear to start bossing. (I'm a huge coward so the hardest boss for me is Kre'ara)

Recently I got very lucky. I was doing the new quest, which is a follow up on the Cook's Assistent. At that time I was in a f2p world and couldn't enter the cooking guild anymore without a chef hat. So I killed the imp just south of the road, because well who knows maybe he drops it, and yes he did drop the chef hat. While walking back to the guild I kill 1 random guard and he drops 3 grapes (over 3k each). The item values might not be high, but I got an item that I really needed at that time on the first drop. After this I got a top tier drop from that guard.

The luckiest I've ever been was just a few weeks ago. A friend and I were being taught Nex in a trio. My friend got Torva body first kill, I got Torva gloves 3rd kill, and he got Torva boots 5th kill. In a 7 kill hour. It was pretty lit and a great cash stack for dxp.

I've completed the araxxor droplog on my main at ~210 and completed 3 weapons at 230 kc, i also completed my nox bow at 35 kc on my ironman. Also here's a trick for the next vid; you can buy 10k woad leaves at the gardener in falador near the mole cave and you can use them to feed your pof animals (all you need is 250k cash)

I was duo'ing solak with a partner i met through raid fc. We duo'ed solar together for 2 weeks. One day i got b2b blight bound crossbows then the pet. THEN, I find out the guy i've been duoing with was in fact a childhood friend who I lost contact with over 15 years ago. LUCKY!!

My luckiest moment is hard to tell cause I am often lucky with boss drops etc. When I was doing all the bosses for the comp cape requirement I was lucky enough in a FFA to get a codex drop all by my self on AOD granting me a profit of 800m at the time :)

In terms of actual value of the luck i'd say the 2 barrows dyes i've had in about 70 clues since returning to rs.... but the luckiest i ever felt was not long after i first got members (2005) i went to barrows and got 2 guth spears (7m each at the time) in my first 10 chests and a total of 7 spears and 100m of other loot in my first week... now that i had some gear i tried kq... my first 2 kills were d chains, 1 with clan which i split and then the next on my first solo kill a few days later 😁 (back when solo was a 2 trip job 😂) bit of a step up from mining coal to buy rune sets to pk in f2p :D

I think the luckiest I have ever been is whenever I found a skilling pet. I am currently going for all skilling pets and so far I was pretty lucky with them. I have 21/27 with a total xp of only 780m. I wasn't really hunting them until last year, I pretty much got 16 of those skilling pets in 2018 before even being maxed :D

Back when KK (kalphite king) was newer and drygores were 500m plus, I met some of my long time rs friends. But we were a group that loved KK, so we camped there a lot. One day we got a dry gore long, then (b2b) got a 2nd drygore long, and then following that we got an offhand long (b2b2b). Jokingly my friend said he'd pay everyone 25m (which was his entire split of a mh long) if we get another Mh long... guess what we got a b2b2b2b drygore long. That was the best rng I've ever had.

My F2P IM got 4 skilling pets before I got 80 in those skills: got Ramsay off cooking a Lobster, Woody cutting a yew at 74 wc, Sifu off a dg boss & Smithy at 79 smithing whilst on my 2nd last lot of burial armour. To top it off the first 3 came in less than a fortnight and the weekend after I got Smithy I got Rocky whilst mining some clay at 82 mining.

Like 12 years ago on Christmas Day my best mate and I, the noobs we were, were duoing KBD because solo was too much for our bad stats armour and weapons and our last kill of the trip as it hit midnight we got a visage when they were like 30m and that was a lot of money, was a total game changer for us.

I was in a boss-kill mood, and i wanted to kill all the legio bosses at least once. The second one on the list, which was Legio secundus, has kindly giving me his mini version! In other words: I got a boss pet drop on 2 kc! :-) Very lucky! Still wanted to kill the other legio bosses tho, so now i have a Legio Secundulus pet with 6 kc! Love my little baby!

All though not the most expensive drop, I was at Godwars dungeon killing Kril. In one kill (with minions included) I got pet from kril and he also dropped boots of subjugation. I also got a garb of subjugation from one of the minions and a gown of subjugation from another minion, all in one kill. I was buzzing!!

This was one of those lucky day. 1st drop at rax :Spider leg top followed by spider leg bottom on next kill, a clanmate texted gz on tht and i told him could have made a full leg if the middle path was open and he was like 'i doubt that' went for the other kill and on the 2nd last kill of the hour got a spider leg bottom and I insta texted 'told ya' like i knew it was coming xd. Well went on to get a drl and a virtus bottom that same day.

I got a HSR from a qbd chest. I opened it the same time I had to take a phone call. So I didn't see what i got from the chest as of yet, 2 mins after the phone call i see the gp value was absurd. I saw this ring and didn't know what it was and i told the clan what i just got and they went beserk and i'm just confused and then they explained it was a 2.3 bil drop but i sold it for 2.4b via spirit shards. Love the content

got a divine spirit shield at a drop party when they were the best shield in the game, and got a set of drygore longswords for winning a clan event before nox weapons existed. And I just got my dragon rider lance on my ironman on 8 KC (easiest grind ever! :P)

I disassembled an augmented fishing rod o matic at lvl 28 invention and got the skilling pet Malcolm during the first day of the last dxp weekend was pretty happy because I started finding out how much the odds of getting skilling pets are. I also got my slayer skilling pet Crabbe at 76 slayer.

My luckiest drop I think would be when I first started doing araxxor. I got top/middle/bottom/eye/web in my first ever 12 kills of the boss (and this was back when the hilts were worth like 100m) I still have the picture :P

So my luckiest day... I bought batwing armour/weapons and went to the wildy to kill whatever I could find. A Chaos Elemental attacked me so I decided to hit him back. After I killed one, I got Ellie pet at 4 kc.

best luck ive gotten, ive gotten many. i could mention getting in 1 kill on rax a bottom leg, eye, onyxs and max sara brews and in the next 2 kills, middle leg and base pet. i could mention when i made 189m from nex 1 hour or getting helweir title in 12 kills from 0 kc which lead ro a 160m hour, but the one i want to mention was learning ed2 and getting 2 barge codexs in under 20 kc. 5kc was a solo, 19 kc for a trio

The luckiest I've ever been was at a drop party in front of the old classic Falador bank. I got an Easter Egg and a Pumpkin. The only problem is that I lost both with a Santa hat and 3 Halloween masks when my account was compromised... :(
