One interesting note, you can actually safely kill steel dragons in the brimhaven dungeon by flinching them. You can safely flinch them by using the pipe that takes you to the slayer area and using a 3 tick ranged weapon to shoot, go in pipe, go back through pipe, shoot, rinse and repeat. You’re completely safe if you do it perfectly The issue for your account would be getting to the pipe without dying to the dragons. You could probably have people box each one if you wanted to, but that might be too cheaty. Either way, it’s a fun tidbit. I used that method to get an RCB on my one chunk account.

11:35 theres actually a ton of safespots, just a little (10 or 20 tiles) west of the altar are some crystals that stick out from the south side of the area, i found that as a safespot years ago and use it all the time for heads on my Iron and HC.

I have a theory about the cats, even though I haven't played OSRS in 19 years. Ardougne is haunted by death. Many pets die before their time there. Except cats. Ardougne wants cats for pets, and in return, they pay you in death runes, which are easy to come by and/or create in that haunted town. It's practically a secondary currency for them.

In case you have to do the exact same thing again with the ensouled ogres: you can just drop the head on the ground and then cast the spell on it from several tiles away. Don't have to cast from inventory and then run to safespot.

Also for runes, have you thought about GOTR? with protect prayers i think you could do the quest reqs, and farm runes for money making and mage training.
