6:47 that's not how the combat formulas work. You don't have zero chance to hit when your accuracy bonuses are +0. There's an 'invisible' +64 bonus applied to each of those such that at -64 your chance to hit is actually zero and your accuracy is exactly doubled at +64 compared to +0. So at +96, void's 10% boost is equal to +16 slash bonus. Not +9. Upgrading to +17 from the warrior/dwarf helm and barrows gloves is still better but it's incredibly miniscule, not the large boost you thought it was in the video.
