Regarding your point of “no good starting point” I always imagined it that way: if people get hyped about something(champions, events, etc.) in the games. They should be able to learn and read about it without any background knowledge. It still has to be a enjoyable experience for most of the people who are only willing to invest a few minutes reading about the background story of their favourite champion. I agree they struggle to structure their content and yes there is no good starting point, but to me it was about the journey to learn about all races and characters within the universe. Everything else came naturally to me Later step-by-step. Anyway, great video!

I always thought Rune Wars occurred more on Valoran and Shurima. I mean, Ionia seems peaceful only until Noxus arrived in their shores.

That’s honestly mostly correct! While the impact was felt across Runeterra, Ionia managed to stay mostly neutral during the conflict. But the Rune Wars still had impacts on people like the Vastaya, who have grown increasingly uncomfortable with the way regular mortals are using magic!

It’s a little less drastic than Demacia in my opinion but yes! There’s a lot of turmoil in Ionia post-Noxus about whether or not they should be united and militarized. We’re actually going to start talking about it tomorrow in Shorts!

Ah, i remember when i first started playing league of legends and i would read every single character lore. But they would always revamp champions and change up their lore which was annoying af. You should check out league. Terrible game, but i cant stop playing it.
