RUNNER OR SPRUE STICKING IN INJECTION MOLDING

Helpful videos. just a small input please recommend your visitors, they should use sprue break after plasticizing not before. If they use sprue break first and then start plasticizing, the chances are you will be wasting lots of material as melt will drool through open nozzle while plasticizing. How much will it drool? it depending on how much back pressure you are using, type of material and melt temperature. So inject, plasticizr and then sprue break. Try the other way and you will find out.
