In this video, I'm sharing with you all about training for aesthetics. If you're looking to improve your looks, look like an athlete, not a runner.
Training for aesthetics isn't running. An aesthetic body is an athlete's body. If you think that running makes you look attractive and attract women, think again.

Cross country kids were by far the nerdiest. I don’t think they could bully a paralyzed cat if they wanted to. I remember I went to run with cross country once since I stayed the night with my buddy and I was very easily able to keep up with them. Objectively an easy sport if you don’t have lung issues. Being the best at your sport and being the most aesthetic are two different things. I disagree with this video, but not for that reason. Because theres nothing wrong with running and including some won’t kill your gains. If you prioritize running over weights then you won’t make as fast progress with weights but who cares.

Runners are easily the toughest humans living among us. Elites run like 200km or more per week(30km per day). That takes strength and endurance you simply can't comprehend. Yes aesthetically they dont look great, but the sport demands endurance. More muscle is more weight to carry around. Every sport should respect another.

@@Love4Animals2654 Wow, very ignorant of you. Running actually strengthens the joints in your knees which decreases the risk of arthritis. The reason so many runners mess up their knees is because some of them are either fat, have improper form, or they do not wear the correct shoes. If these don’t apply to you then running benefits your knees and decreases the risk of arthritis. But really the main thing is to land on the midfoot which is how humans where naturally built to run. Certain kinds of shoes mess up ur pronations and that’s largely what causes knee issues. Also gymnastics is gay and soft.

As a distance runner, it's the lifestyle he doesn't get. Along with running for endurance, almost all do plyrometrics, speed work, isometrics, and core training. Weight training is minimal because we don't need extra weight while running. We also have better diets and more energy. Runners are better than powerlifters in every way except strength. Our training is focused on injury prevention and that's why we are healthier than all powerlifters.

runners don’t care if their body is “aesthetically” pleasing to you. i run to clear my head and stay in shape. some run for medals. and it’s proven may times that running is one of the best things for your health, just bc you don’t want to bc it’s too hard for you, doesn’t mean you can get on here and make a video saying shit that isn’t near truth. cross country and track are two of the most hardcore sports out there. you don’t get a half time, you don’t get a break, you run as fast as you possibly can to hold for so many miles until that shits done with. to sum it up : i guarantee you no one runs to please a guy like you that incorrectly informs people for a living.
