Beer is good for the body in moderation. Especially after a run like that. Helps the brain chill out.

My body temperature is more than previous .And a i can't get any strength and also feel sick. What to do?

Go inside, as a runner for as long as I can remember in California I've had this happen to me far to many times to found. What you want to do is go inside or begin to jog. ( jog only if unable to go inside. ) give yourself a few minutes, remove unnecessary clothes ( sweaters ect) and take a break. I know how hard it is but it's not worth the risk. Enjoy your runs :)
