Their is a hockey team here in North America that is called The Detroit Redwings that, many decades ago, was sponsored by Redwing Shoes, who I believe derived their name from your local seasonal bird, the world famous, lovely and no doubt talented, Redwing! Just a smidgeon of, quite likely incorrect, trivia that no one will ever benefit by remembering or not! I will say though, Redwing Work boots are mighty fine footwear! It would last a lifetime on the towpath! Happy to see your business venture seems to be going swimmingly! Now I'm looking forward to next Friday!

You Tube made a major mistake! They recommended a channel about Narrow Boats on the canals of England about 3 weeks ago. WTF are narrow boats - who knew there even were canals in England and why this, I like RVs, trucks and fix-it channels. When you are 76 years old living in Virginia USA, you don’t like change. Then I started watching about a dozen shows by Jo and Vic and dam it I am hooked. You guys are great, positive attitude, and great work ethic. I can’t wait for the next video, thanks SO MUCH, you really know how to make an old man SMILE.

Hi Jo and Vic. I’ve watched your vlogs right from day one. May not have commented on each one, but together with my wife we’ve watched every one! Just wanted to congratulate you on the videos. You both are so natural, your enjoyment of life (Joie de vivre) is quite infectious and make the vlogs a joy to watch. Your baking looks amazing and must represent a whole new possibility for new videos by sharing your recipes. Many congratulations on having got married. Continue to enjoy each other as you obviously do, and keep up with the great work...🍷🍷

loving your vloggy journey - i was thinking you might want to get a rubber grid-mat-thing that you could put outside your side hatch, to keep people's feet from getting muddy and to protect the grass if there is any. You could roll it up and bring it along when you move.

Get a metal stencil of your cafe boat logo and then put it atop the latte and shake the chocolate/cinnamon/whatever overtop to leave behind the logo on the latte... that way if you mess up the leaf pour it still looks kool with your logo on it.

Vic, you’re going to master that coffee machine and Joanna’s baking is something else. She makes it all look so easy and the results are terrific. Couple of suggestions..... 1) have a "front desk bell" on the roof, or out side, maybe on top of a sandwich board labelled "Ring for service". 2) you could use a perspex window/section to keep the cold out and the heat in while you are waiting for passing trade. 3) how about a bed tray (basically a tray with folding legs) on the canal side out side of your window, which could be used as a sort of serving counter. In these times of covid it can also help with distancing a bit more. 4) a pair of camaras on the roof, so you can see trade coming along in each direction. 5) Where do I find out where you are, so I can come for a walk past you? I'm sure you have considered them all....and Viv needs a folding troll so he does not need to carry heavy boxes.
