I used to be a barista in Toronto. When we finish the drinks we would just put them on the counter & call the order out for the customer to pick up…otherwise we would be running around like crazy & it would be so much faster & easier on you too!! Great job though, especially with the quick latte art!!😀❤️

I definetly look up to you with all the buisness and creativity stuff, I might have just a few small coffee things for you tho: You might wanna get just 1-2 shot glasses to catch single shots that are not needed immediately, they can easily be used for milk drinks within like 1-2 minutes without any noticeable change in taste, also you might wanna take just a second more of your time when tamping, to get it more consistent and level, maybe even invest in a leveled one, the normcore for example is one of the best and affordable, I use it at home and have used it at multiple cafes aswell, super handy and an easy upgrade to get more consistency. Other than that everything looks super organized, you definetly got your workflows dialed. Keep it up and keep the POVs coming, super relaxing to watch

i agree with you, the problem with gloves is they make you feel like your hands are clean so you tend to touch anything and forget to wash your hands! otherwise great job this place looks amazing
