Hey, how long does it roughly take to heat up the spa to 38 degrees from tap water (14 degrees)

Hey man, oooh long time ago but from memory maybe 1-2 degrees per hour, takes a while but it’s a very efficient heater so not much cost to run. I used tap connection for hot water so was ready to go haha

Narrr.. mine heated up in just a few hours .... I have solar on my house so I turn it off late afternoon and back on in the morning before I goto work and is hot about 1.5 hour.. .... first time from cold tap water took about 3 or 4 hours tops.....

Hey, Good question. I usually let the timer run out 1-2 times a week so it’s probably on approx 60% of the time. (it’s got a max setting of 5 days on if you know the trick or 2 days if you don’t set anything up before it shuts down into power saving mode). It’s always at 40c as any lower it’s not hot enough to enjoy. At a guess from research it would be about $5-$6 a week for me I reckon. Full time on maybe $10 a week at most. If you only wanna heat it sometimes it takes a good half day (1.5-2c per hour so around 12-15hrs, chuck the heat on at night for a morning or before work for an arvo spa). Way cheaper than my old permanent spa that thing used to cost like $200 a month almost had a heart attack lol.
