I have been to IKEA in Southampton near the west quay shopping centre on the 18th of June 2023 Ally Law , and the cafe has not change since you did that video back in 2017 of you staying overnight at IKEA and the food at IKEA is like being back at school. Its best to have running shoes 1 size too big as your toes splay and lengthen when you run and this can rub over long distances. True story.
