Hi Ally. (Phil's dad here from Basingstoke, you might remember). Saw your comments on shoelace problems. I had the same problem for many years. Turns out I was doing the "wrong way" shoe bow. Anyway instead of re learning to do it the right way, I found this amazing better knot, which always stays tied ... Just search for "Ian's secure shoelace knot". The guy's website has many more crazy knot and shoelace info as well. Hope that helps!

Sick video man! Just a tip when rapelling, you can use a prusik loop attached from harness to rope as a backup incase you let go of the rope. It creates a huge amount of friction on the rope upon falling and catches you!

No stopper knots in the ends of the ropes, no prussik backup, jack climbing with unnecessary risks teaching beginners bad habits, belay device backwards preventing automatic, gravity assisted braking, the list goes on and on… I’m a big fan Ally, I don’t want to see you die from something silly. I pretty much don't make a profit on them, with the 10% welcome code we offer I just about break even with selling the boxes. Never rock climb with no gloves, always have fingerless gloves on with ropes. 25 years experience climbing always have fingerless gloves on at all times with ropes. The guy at the base should have a ground stake with pully and GLOVES ON ffs if you fall he is not stoping shit.
