AMA Question: I'm a teenage boy, should I be using shampoo? If so, how often and what brands/specific ones do you recommend? For context, I struggled with sebhorreic dermatitis before and I had a special ketoconazole shampoo that I was using about twice per week but ever since I got a buzzcut recently, pretty much all my flakiness went away and I've only shampooed once. Also I have another question: is radiation a concern when using AirPods and other Bluetooth devices? Is using AirPods bad for brain health and should I use wired headphones instead or is it not too bad if you’re only wearing them for max one or two hours?

they're probably also doing immense amounts of exercise, but it's also important to realise that health isn't always physical. they might be able to look healthy but they definitely battle with a lot of problems behind the scenes if they're drinking and smoking everyday

I used to smoke weed every day and could run 5 miles and benched 225, my body was very healthy and capable but my mental health was terrible. I exercised 2 hrs a day usually during this time.
