I’m a nail tech and have been disabled for a few years now and had to stop working as it was too much with my health and I’ve been missing the nail industry so much. I am really leaning towards doing press on nails, doing nails is the only thing that brings me out of my depression states. It’s gotten so bad that I haven’t had nails on for years now. Watching your videos makes me so happy and makes me feel that there is hope for me to continue to do what I love even if it’s only when I can ❤

I swear I’ve tried every possible type of adhesive on my press-on nail stands- every brand and every iteration but one day about 6mo ago, I was in a big hurry to get a couple sets sent out, stat, and didn’t immediately see my blue tack anywhere so grabbed the closest adhesive-type-thing- p/o nail tabs! Best results of unmistakable laziness I’ve ever encountered- they worked PERFECTLY and I haven’t stopped using them since. They seem to last so much longer than all those other products as well; I can usually knock out around 20 sets before I need to replace them, oftentimes even more if I’m super careful to thoroughly remove filing+buffing dust before placing them on stands and extra careful with any glitter dusting happening in the vicinity 😊 Love the video. But I always do, so no surprise there 😉 I love to hear you voicing some of the same exact issues I often experience myself that can make me feel like..who am I kidding..more than 10 years of nails and still running into elementary mistakes/problems. So, thank you for reinforcing my mindset and helping me to find more reason behind why I can’t give up yet! it’s helpful to remember that everyone experiences failure in some way or another, in every stage of professional development. Who would have known that I’m only human!?😉😉 Keep them coming ♥️

Agreed. Ive used different putty's too but they always somehow leave residue on the nails. Clear sticky tabs work so well, so strong dont budge, you can reuse them forever. Amazing hack.

this was fascinating to watch! I love decorating my nails..I mostly use stamping plates and regular polish (on my natural nails), it is my burning hobby and the only time I use nailtips are when I'm trying out new designs. sometimes it looks so much better in my head than on the nails. and I do want to become a nail tech, it's just that I'm an introvert and not "good" with being around new people 😁. I've made my dining area into my nail salon and have a few close friends that agree to be my nail guinea pigs. sometimes they sponsor me with new plates or polishes 🥰. it's also a hobby that I share with my daughter and we love to buy or look for new polishes together 😃

It would be great if you could include recommendations from websites like Amazon, Shein, or other reliable stores, especially focusing on products that minimize the risk of allergies or irritation. Also, could you clarify the differences between various nail techniques, such as acrylic, gel, and others, and explain which ones are best for beginners? This would be super helpful

I heard in another video you posted about making sets durable for rewearing. Typically if you make sets for sale and you wear them you own an electric file and can remove buildup for your own sets. if the intent behind popoffs is to reuse. How do you inform the customers about the glue residue buildup on the back of the nail once worn? Do you suggest they invest in an efile? A hand held emery board is to big? I'm just curious how you go about addressing this issue?
