Thanks for sharing about your anxiety. I have suffered with depression and anxiety all my life. Then thyroid issues came and hit me as well. We have to do what we can do on a day to day basis. Nothing wrong with taking meds. We learn what our struggles our and we get help with it. Great video today. Harrison is a trip for sure! Lol. Never a dull moment.

I struggle with anxiety on a daily basis, I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder when my kids were little. I'm here if you ever need a friend to talk to 💕 My favorite bible verse when I am having a really bad day is Philippians 4:6 - Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

Honey you are not alone! I have Covid last August and ever since have been dealing with bad anxiety. I was on meds and went off and am now back on them. Absolutely no shame in that! Life is too short to deal with something when there is help out there. You got this sister!

If your anxiety medication is working stay on it. I have been taking my for some time since my daughter died. She was 37. As you said it is just something to help. When your ready to get off it you will. Thanks for sharing.

A little late but still watching! Another great video. Hope you guys are doing well. I'm still chugging along. They switched my medicine and I'm still feeling awful. Just want this to get better already! 😪 🙏 I've always suffered from anxiety. But when I got diagnosed with the heart arrythmia it has gotten 100 times worse. So I understand how you feel. All we can do is take it one day at a time. The doctor just put me on Lexapro for anxiety in hopes it'll help until i start to feel better. It sucks. 😔

Hi beautiful. I am so sorry I am a day late but I had a massive migraine yesterday , the worst I have ever had and I have had plenty believe me, I couldn’t do absolutely nothing….everytime I lifted my head I was so sick I had a bucket next to me all day because when I moved or had to go to the toilet I needed my bucket 🪣🤢! I am so happy that is not happening to me today again because I missed hanging out with you. I love hang out with Jennifer day 😍! Girl, you always make such beautiful decor for the kiddos birthday, I love love love it so much, it really moved me so much….can’t believe she is almost 1 already! I wish I was in the states so I could send her a present 🎁 because that would make me so happy…I hope you don’t think I am cheap but I went to the post office and if I would sent just a tiny box with a few little goodies it would cost me over 50 dollars to hopefully get it over to your place…because if it goes as well as my Christmas card you will never see it and I really would hate that to happen again…I hope you will understand because I have been willing to tell you that but I really don’t want you to think I don’t care for you and your family because I really do love you guys…I still have to send you another card first to see if you receive it…I already bought the stamps, now I have to find I beautiful card. Good news, after waiting for over a year our new car is arrived in our dealership 🥰😎🥰! Next Friday it is finally ours 🤩🤩🤩! I will take some pictures and send you those and then I also send you pictures from the evolution from the house and pictures from our new furniture…🥰! Send you all my love and hugs ❤️❤️😘😘
