Dude I live in the same area and had the same thing happen to me too!! These San Jose cops are itching for anything haha. I left my house to get Carl's Jr. and there were a few posted in my neighborhood while leaving and I pass them. I get to the Carls 3 mins later, with no line in the drive through and order and receive my food which was like 6 minutes waiting maybe. I get back to my neighborhood and pass the same cops. One follows and parks up next to me (after I execute a pretty solid parallel in front of my house, might I add, I'm good at em ;)). He asks "Where'd you just drop off to?" I immediately hop out of my car clutching my bag of food and my soda and just lift it up and walk into my house. He just drove off after that.
