@@bobohare4825 it's a nice part of the world but the roads can be rutted and so take a bit of added concentration. It crossed my mind that maybe running on uneven surfaces builds strength in your ankles, possibly this is yet another reason why Kenyan athletes are so successful.

What's pace and how many kilometres thank you so much amazing run good jobs

The runner told me it was a 5km course but it wasn't. Kenyans often say they can run a faster time than they actually can. Saying this he's really enthusiastic and trains well. I think he can run sub 15' for 5km

To be honest I only really put this video together as a favour for the guy running. He needed to send it to his coach in the U.S. Putting it on KZbin was the easiest way of sharing it. I'd like to find time to do some more videos from here, if I do I'll add some music (any suggestions)?

@@And-rc9yy please do not add music, it makes the video worse

@@FYI9102 okay I understand. I'm just heading to Kipchoge' Stadium to see Eliud's last track session before Berlin. I will keep music off.

Average 85 miles. Some weeks the mileage is only 50. Others it's a little over 100.
