I’ve actually been listening to this song on repeat basically and gotta say this cover is really refreshing and pretty cool to hear after hearing the original voice like 100 times now. It's ok. I used to be an alcoholic too. But I kinda agree that it wouldn't work at the national anthem for the community. AK is super gritty and depressing. This song is too hopeful.

Mixing 6 voices into one song is a bit tricky when everyone is rocking different mics but it was an awesome learning experience. Hopefully future covers are better. It's one of the reasons why I usually don't do covers because there's always a comparison to the original but I will try harder next time

@@IsaakWolf Sorry if you think I was comparing this cover to the original, I was actually judging this mix and this mix alone. For example, I don't know why the drums have to be buried that much, which is what throws me off the most. There are other issues too, but you're probably already aware of them. I feel you though. Mixing 6 voices of people with different recording equipment is indeed very difficult. Idk if you know about the r/anime sings project, but I had organised a few projects for it, and honestly having to mix over 20 voices of varying recording quality is very tiresome. xd
