But I have a question that confuse me and I would be thankful if you would answer it. why the results of the analysis Likert scale in descriptive statistics for the constructs are large (mean=3.641,SD=0.741) while the hypothesis are not supported?

Thanks for watching. Mean is for single variables, hypothesis is relational. Higher mean doesn't lead to significant hypothesis.

Negative does not mean insignificant. Negative and positive both are relationships, if you expected a positive relationship and it turned out to be negative, then your hypothesis is rejected.

A value close to 3 would mean that respondents primarily have aneutral opinion about the indicator or variable.
