Easiest way to solve the stutter, open the performance tab in your task manager and check which component spikes as soon as it stutters. For me it was the hard drive so I moved the installation location as well as the temporary recording location from Geforce Experience.

It seems like Squishy almost always makes a conscious decision not to go for any mechanical solo play, even when it looks like a good idea ( 9:37 ) and I really can't understand why. I don't think it's that he can't (given his history) and I know he developed this approach of not going for the high risk/low percentage shot, but sometimes it's pretty obvious that the only alternative to low percentage is no percentage and almost all other RL pros I watch would go for those in the same situations.

If you have an AMD's graphic card, disable all the settings, the only one I use is "image sharpering and anti lag", anything else all off because makes the game stutter. I do not use tasselation "AMD optimized" and instead "use game settings" also to avoid stuttering.
