2023 is my year because I decided it was. In 2022 the company I spent ten years dedicating my life to natural gas pipeline work lost their contract. I sat in our shop for a year feeling sorry for myself. In May at 280 lbs after dropping 100 lbs in 2019 I hopped on a treadmill and went for an hour run and haven't looked back since. Cardio, Strength training, all of it. The most important part is I had to decide my dreams didnt live where I was at anymore, left the company I was working at to do what I love. A year of getting out of my comfort zone so I can make the vision a reality. Discovering who I was and realizing I have authority over every thing on the face of earth.

3 yrs ago I didn't know where to start but I believed I didn't want to be the same. I took it day by day, started to learn how to trust myself. Use to Look in the mirror with doubt and fear inside but i knew I needed to reprogram my thoughts and learn to believe and discipline myself. NOW I look back and forward and know I can do it. Meeting my goals.Dont stop,,, keep going and believe in yourself. It was uncomfortable at first, so foreign but know you are meant for more and NOT live in fear. Keep going ✨️
