Running on the rough terrain @ El Médano, Tenerife

I've decided to change my lifestyle and attend more sport activities. Soon enough running became my favourite sport for my time being in Tenerife. This is footage of me running in the desert area next to El Mèdano which is located in the almost always sunny southern part of Tenerife.
This video was filmed for the Yes Theory challenge - I wanted to contribute video of me running at least 1 mile, so they would combine videos from all contributors, showing how we can run the world if we join forces. Unfortunately they didn't produce the video yet - I guess due to difficulties with uploads, many people could not upload the video due to the upload file size limit.
