Lovely video Ben. Brought back good memories - backpacked SWCP clockwise from Lands End last May as part of a trek to Kirk Yetholm (end of the Pennine Way). I can confirm the stretch from Port Isaac to Hartland Point is brilliant but brutal.

14th Aug / Shropshire Way 80k - Worth looking into for an Ultra Marathon in August, insane scenery. 21st Aug - Inferno - Edales Ring of Hell Ultra (Very low key insane views) I've only listed them because I'm doing them both ;-) Loving seeing you back at it, it's insane how far you have come in such a short space of time, testament to how your overall health is clearly superb.

I am currently on holiday in South East Cornwall and have been going out running some trails. I've found some great trails down river to the sea paths. This morning was a very slow 11 miles due to elevation Mainly. Got a 40 mile trail ultra early next month in Nottinghamshire..

Been a big fan of your content for a while Ben, some lovely trails in this vid! A couple of weeks ago I ran (and won!) my first ultra, a trail 50k in Bedfordshire! Was blazing hot (it reached 28C that day), but I managed to get it done just under the 4 hour mark (3:59:11) :D Doing my first 50 miler next Saturday as well, should be interesting!

Love it! I have the good fortune to live on the SWCP, so get to run on it frequently. You and Sarah must have run quite a lot of it now. Maybe you should look to fill in the gaps and join the completers? You won't regret it, there are no bad bits. Most people, including me, wish it went on forever when they finish.
