Thanks so much for the review. It answered all of my questions. I don’t do CrossFit, but I do lots of calisthenics, weighted jump roping, and my runs are typically between a 5K to 10 miles. I think I’ll give these a try, especially for days when I do HIIT stuff. I appreciate the video very much. Thanks again.

Thanks for the product review Kevin. We appreciate the feedback. We have the 1.75 Mercury coming out for those who need little more umph in their arm drive. :-)

That's incredible! Like I mentioned, I think that the normal running pods will work for the vast majority of people, and the majority of circumstances. Probably only coaches or people with larger upper bodies would benefit from the added weight (and probably only on shorter distances). But that's great that you've already thought ahead!

What's the difference between these and regular egg weights?

What camera did you use for the run with the dog? Was it mounted on the dog??

Hi CP - Yeah I have this GoPro dog harness mount. It straps right onto her back, and we get a "dog's eye" view of what she's seeing. I think that it's similar to this one: amzn.to/38JLJ5a I've created a few other fun videos with it (her in the backseat of our car). I'll have to try playing fetch with it on her sometime...
