Barn is set up for dairy. Stopped milking 15 or so years ago.

Yes, pretty reliable but with any moving parts there is always maintenance & an occasional break. Not even close to the problems with a bottom feed Harvestore though.

Quick question for you! I have a few 5-6 month old steers. Could I just feed them corn barley and hay??? Or do they need some other source of protein? Thanks a lot!!

Ok. I'm no pro, but you should look into more of a course grind versus a fine one. Our feed mill promotes this very same thing strongly. Ask yours & see what they say!👍
